Equinal license terms and
conditions:
1. Stocks-N-Data Systems has endeavored to make the software tool
“Equinal” defect free and the tool has been rigorously tested. However, Stocks-N-Data
Systems will not entertain any claims on the defects, bugs that the
users may find in it. Equinal is sold on “As Is” basis with whatever defects,
shortcoming inherent in it. Equinal or any other software that are sold on this
website do not come with any express or implied guarantees.
2. Stocks-N-Data Systems does not promise to compensate for the
losses the users may incur on account of investing based on the suggestions,
recommendations the software may give. The software has been developed based on
the standard stock market data analysis methodologies. There may be
incorrectness and inaccuracies in implementing these concepts. Such
incorrectness and inaccuracies are unintentional and Stocks-N-Data Systems will not
take any responsibility to compensate the users.
3. Users are encouraged to make prudent investment decisions
with further research and not to rely solely on the suggestions generated by
the software.
4. Equinal is to be downloaded from our website only. We do
not provide the software through any media like CD, Floppy etc. Users may copy
the downloaded software to such media only once for future use. In case of the
downloaded software is deleted or lost or corrupted on User’s computer, Stocks-N-Data Systems does not promise to allow another download free of charge.
5. Equinal can be installed on only one computer with Single
User license. It should not be copied to other computers or it cannot be
distributed by the users. Such copying or distribution is illegal and persons
or entities engaging in such acts are liable to penalized as per the provisions
of Anti-Piracy Laws and Copyrights act.
6. Stocks-N-Data Systems does not promise to make the data
available for the software it sells. Facilities have been provided inside the
software to download or import the data into the database. Users will have to
make their own arrangements and pay the charges as applicable for such data
charged by the data vendors. Data download into the software and usage of such
data is subject to the terms and conditions of the respective data providers
like Stock Exchanges or other data vendors. Stocks-N-Data Systems will not entertain any claims on such charges
on the data.
7. Stocks-N-Data. Systems will not refund the amount if the user is
not able to make arrangements for the data. Once the software is downloaded
successfully, transaction is completed and no claims for refund of amount will
be entertained.
8. Successful running of the software depends on the health of
the user’s computer, hardware and other software platforms like Microsoft
Access. Stocks-N-Data Systems does not promise to support or help the user in case
the user is not able to run Equinal successfully due to problems not related to
Equinal.
9. Any refund amount that is credited into your account will be net of
administrative charges and transaction commissions charged by payment gateway
service providers. Stocks-N-Data Systems will not pay any interest on the delay in
refund. Such delays may be beyond the control of Stocks-N-Data Systems.

Stocks-N-Data.com does not store confidential credit card details like Card number
or expiry date or your bank passwords. All credit card/bank
payments are handled by payment gateway service providers.
